Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice.
The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

Breakfast was amazing. Having access to the lounge was ideal. The staff were excellent. Rooms were good. No issues. The Ginza area is quite a place to explore. Near train station which makes it easy to compute and if you taking cabs, hardly no wait time.
