I loved this hotel and the look of the building. Excellent room service and friendly staff.

I was excited about this hotel. However when we arrived I was disappointed that the hotel is pretty old and not very clean. Very noisy. We could hear the conversations in the rooms next door as well as drilling that went on for a few hours our last morning. The elevators only sometimes worked. The games are nice but typically a wait to get to use anything.

Liked mostly everything except for their continental breakfast. Very few choices and nothing hot except for coffee

The staff were awesome very attentive. Clean & nice view. Only negative was slowness at restaurant. Food yummy but delay in taking order getting drinks refills but staff still friendly. I think just need to be more attentive. I would totally stay there again.
