8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Very pleasant stay! Had a very large room with a bath that was spotless throughout. Very helpful front desk staff. Housekeep was very helpful and helped me with some vacuum packs.
I was able to store my luggage before and after I checked in/out.
Breakfast had a wide range of western and eastern food to choose from with lots of seating.
The metro is easily accessible, with the entrance only a few metres away from the front door.
Would definitely come back!

It’s so enjoyable for my stay in this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff and the room is so cute and pretty. I also got an upgrade to a suite which is a great surprise! I’ll come back again next time.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
Excellent hotel and excellent service by all staff members we interacted with! Location was great for our purpose. We were upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views of the city. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved having a work desk available. We had many nice restaurants with walking distance and a couple of blocks away from “Wangfujing Avenue” for great shopping. We will certainly return to this hotel when we are back in Beijing.

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. It is basically a resort one ..."
