I would rank this as a solid 3 star hotel with basic clean rooms. But it is not a 4 star property. There was only one accessible electrical outlet and it was in the corner. The AC is either on or off so if you put it on at night it was freezing and there were no blankets on the bed ( a few in the closet). If you turned it off it was warm. It was fine but not as expected.

The staff were amazing and greatly assisted my disabled mum at the property. Highly recommend a stay at the Pacific Pines.

The property doesn’t have staff available 24/7. I checked in around 2pm, if you check in after 5 there’s an after hours procedure but unsure what it is. I didn’t have a physical card on me during check in. The only alternative option was to give card numbers for them to type into a machine. The room was a decent size and in the main clean with the exception of a teapot that was full of dead ants. The washer dryer was brilliant. The main pool is being renovated and my room directly led out onto it. I came away to relax but unfortunately Tradies were drilling extremely loudly and playing music from 7am. They were literally working on the wall outside my room. I wasn’t told this at check in. The location wasn’t bad overall and you could go down to Noosa Junction one way or Noosa heads the other, both being a short downhill walk and public transport was directly outside. I’ve checked out today and I’m absolutely exhausted! Would I stay there again? No. This is simple because of the work going on directly outside my room. I understand they are upgrading the property but shouldn’t of made those rooms available

The food venue and services are not 5 stars resort was very nice. Not much to do. Aqua and bam bam lunch restaurant and food was terrible they keep you waiting 45 minutes or more for your order. And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink
