Central location and beautiful artworks throughout the hotel. Clean and great staff!

I was surprised to find no food or drink available on Sunday. I am diabetic so have to be able to eat regularly .Being a si gle traveller walking around in the dark was daunting to find a restaurant that was open. The restaurant when open I felt rushed to both order and especially pay. I was asked three times how I was going to pay even before I ordered lunch and had to pay even before my meal arrived. I am not use to that style. I ordered a bottle of sparkling to come to my room. It was delivered unopened. As it required a bottle opener and the room did not supply them. I had to ask the girl to come back to open it.

Staff were helpful, room okay did not request king bed asked for a double booking made through Expedia. Room right near the lift which I know someone has to have but not ideal. Had a small meal prior to 6 pm at the Collins restaurant which was fine, breakfast arrived 8.30 am seated quickly staff were good. The Meal which we had small spoon of baked beans, mushrooms, scrambled egg, bacon were nearly cold only hot item was the hash brown. Two coffees to follow were good, staff was very good. Very disappointed for $100 breakfast which was uneatable, not enjoyed, and not up to the standard one may expect. They became very busy a long queue a hand rail to ascend but no rail to leave, very dangerous. The front staff and the gentleman who organised our taxi very helpful, perhaps not the experience we were hoping for.

Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a day of golf. The TV, however, did not allow for use of Netflix or Prime Video, and was very confusing to find just free to air channels. We were so tired it didn't matter too much. Our room was also located near the freeway which made for a very noisy night. Ear plugs would have helped. There was lots of on sight parking.
