Water cooler on our floor was empty and it took a long time for room service to bring a pitcher. Other than that it was a great experience. Excellent staff, especially Tine at Breakfast. Thank you.

The EG staff are very helpful and excellent with their work. Our rooms are clean and aesthetic. The place is close to restaurant and shopping centre, where easy to go around and navigate the area. If there’s a chance will stay again and recommend the place. Thank you for the service!

This was my third stay at the property and as always Mel and the team excel at providing the best service in Manila. Great apartments in a great location whether you’re staying local to the area or exploring further afield.
Mel and the team make everything easy from start to finish whilst making you feel really welcome.
Looking forward to staying again in 9 weeks and many more times to come!!
