This is a good hotel which I would recommend anyone to stay in. The manager; Deep, and his staff were very friendly and engaged with their hotel customers (if things were raised or needed, they worked quickly to address) . The food at the restaurant was very good and I recommend persons selecting this as an option when they book. The only thing I would helpfully encourage this hotel to undertake is a maintenance and repairs project of its bathrooms, fridges, and the beautiful wood fascias adorning the restaurant, lobby and bedrooms. The near circular view as you look down from the balconies to the foyer is very good (much like the very beautiful Best Western rectanglular setup in Muscat when I stayed there in September). Overall though it's still 4 out of 5 rating and combined with its Juffair location a good location in which to stay. Handy tip; Room 501 had a great window view of the main thoroughfare road into Juffair although the rooms are not soundproof you genuinely can get a great nights sleep... I did for my entire 8days there

One minor negetive i would let others know about, is the level of service does decrease when VIP's or weddings party are in attendance. The staff do go out of their way to accomodate, but are stretched at times. Pool staff were very friendly with friendly chat throughout. Rooms were not being turned over consistently daily. With towels missing. Rags being left behind and toiletry items not being replenished. With a short call to the concierge this was recitified however did mean a call to them.

Excellent service hotel was fully booked and very busy. Nurum hotel manager was always there to answer any questions. Provided me help with arranging a taxi service to KSA. Adnan in the lobby and Said during breakfast were very friendly. Had an amazing time and loved the service.

A wonderful stay in Bahrain. The hotel is connected with the largest city mall in Manama, which makes shopping is so easy and enjoyable. Breakfast is fantastic, with big variety of foods and drinks. Services are top notch, especially the front desk. I like the tour they arranged, giving me a chance to experience the charm of Bahrain. Last but not least, I’d recommend Bahrain to any who wants a safe, relaxing, friendly journey in an exotic destination and at the mean time educated by its civilization heritage.
