"The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout."

But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible service and the amazing people who work there.
A very special shout-out to Ally, the pool assistant, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. That kind of genuine care is what makes this place truly special.
The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views. And of course, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Iqbal, who welcomed us each time with warmth and a smile, and made every visit feel special with his impeccable hospitality.
Also, a big shout-out to Martha, our lovely Customer Experience Host at reception. Her beautiful smile and kind, welcoming nature made us feel instantly at home. She was always ready to assist with anything we needed, and her positive energy truly added to the magic of our stay.

"I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and it will always be my go to whenever I’m in Bahrain. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient whether you’re here for business or leisure. There’s a great selection of restaurants on-site, my favorite is the Japanese, followed closely by the Mexican.
The highlight of my stay was spending the whole day at the pool, where Sunday and David took excellent care of me. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable.
Yes, this is an older hotel, and you notice it as soon as you walk in. But that’s never been an issue for me. I actually appreciate well maintained classic hotels, as long as they’re clean and have everything I need.
