Nice hotel helpful staff close to everything. Our last night we had a balcony out to the front of the street and still not too noisy despite being in old quarter. Would be nice if 2 small chairs were provided so you can use the balcony

Great staff who make guests feel extremely welcome throughout their stay. The rooms were lovely, breakfast service was great and we loved watching the sunset from the the ozone bar and pool area. Hong from reception was extremely helpful and accommodating and is a real asset to the hotel, as was Lisa from the Ding Doong restaurant. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other travellers to Hanoi.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

The professional staff from the Lobby, the hospitality staff, the body treatment services to the rooftop bar. You were welcomed every time you entered the building and you could see that greetings were genuine and the staff cared for every customer. The morning breakfasts were of a very high standard and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Our stay was excellent, thank you and keep up the standard.
