All facilities were great. Moat dont know that there is a ferry stop just below the building that takes 10 mins to the shopping areas like platinum mall and pratunam

I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home.
The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great.
The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld.

Definitely book a room at a rate with access to the Club benefits. Well worth it! Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening drinks and tea. The nicest perk for me personally is it included laundry for 2 pieces of clothing per night’s stay.
