One front desk clerk was excellent and she made up for the others. Did not like musty smell of the room and the breakfast buffet was not very good. Liked the location and the bar service.

It was in a lovely building. It was well located within walking distance to the Opera and many other tourist sites. It was close to a major transportation hub- Karlplatz! The breakfast was outstanding. We had a great stay

8.2/10 Very good! (549 reviews)
Staff was great, the dinner menu and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was good, but I think the staff needed extra people on staff. They were over welmed.
