The hotel is in a great location with a train station nearby, places to eat and drink, and with a great view of Taipei 101. It is clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I had a great experience staying at Park Taipei.

Good. Hotel has changed branding since the last time I visited Taipei. Overall decoration has changed but still love the place.

My second time staying here and iit was great as my first time. Loved the convenience of this location for what I needed to do. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Taiwanese hospitality is the best!

Le palais restaurant isn’t what a Michelin 3 stars restaurant should be - out of items, no advanced notification of notable pre-order items, tables placed too close to each others, captain missing item ordered, argue with guest. Not a good experience for any restaurant let alone a highest Michelin rated establishment. What a shame this place awarded such pedigree. As for the hotel, room, and the restaurant, cheap materials thru out masked by dark ambient. Fake 5 stars. Do not recommend.
