Benz and Ali at the desk were more than helpful. The comforter on our bed had a make up stain from a previous user. The comforter itself had been cleaned. Wish pool area offered bar service.

I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.

Bandara Pool Villas was amazing. The Ao Yon villa was luxurious and picturesque. My family loved our stay in this one-of-a-kind suite. The staff was courteous and helpful. Small hiccups like a malfunctioning air conditioner and ants near the garbage was quickly remedied. Food at the Sumpao restaurant onsite was delicious although priced for tourists. My family would thoroughly recommend this property.

Stayed here twice and both times had a great experience. Close to everything (very short walk to Patong Beach), lots of dining options close by. Staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful.

My family and I stayed here for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the ocean. For swimming, the best nearby beach is just a 10-minute drive away. A special thank you to Porpang for her outstanding hospitality and for assisting us with car rental arrangements and booking our trip to the Phi Phi Islands, which was truly unforgettable.

Lovely staff and view

This resort is perfect— accommodating, friendly, and safe. The staff are wonderful and will help you out with whatever you need whether it’s getting a ride, advising on excursions, or even just a friendly smile. The food for breakfast and the restaurant is super tasty and affordable. They have many options from Thai to international cuisine. The pool area is beautiful, peaceful, and private. The beach, restaurants, and market is a short walk away. You can even walk down the beach to see planes fly in! The rooms itself are more than expected. The staff will clean your room and provide water and new towels daily. The bed is super comfortable and the AC works great. The staff EXCEEDS expectation throughout your stay as well. I will forever hold this experience in my heart, and when I return to Nai Yang one day this is where I will go.

Loved our stay! Beautiful seaviews from every aspect of this large complex. Bath on the room balcony in the evening was awesome. Abundant breakfast buffet, Great rooftop bar for sunset drinks coupled with excellent restaurant service both there and in-room dining. Definitely return, Definitely recommend!
