Beautiful hotel, very helpful , great service. Food was nice , degustation was over kill and not very good. They have done better in the past.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Except the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. It kept turning off over night leaving the room hot and stuffy even though it was winter outside

The room was massive, the furniture could have been placed a little more imaginatively but that was a style thing. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. The kitchenette was functional. Rm 43 needs a little bit of love re the mixer tap, and the carpet is threadbare in one spot. The hotel is large, the bar can be a little noisy at the beginning of the night, but then as the night progresses our room was very quiet and looked out into the courtyard. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast and the hotel staff are all professional and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of most of the cities attractions, and if you don’t fancy walking the tram and bus stops are close by.
