Car parking was not easy. Eventually one of the staff told me where zone 5 was.
I think it’s cheeky to make guests pay to park.

Room wasn't cleaned when I opened the door. Cleaning staff on the 4th floor were fantastic. Had the room turned around in 30 mins while I went out for a walk. Afternoon House Keeping Supervisor / staff was efficient and so pleasant.
