Such an amazing resort it felt like we were on an island with the beautiful scenery and how relaxing it was . Lots of kids and adults to do and staff were friendly and full of recommendations if your wanting to explore the local area.

When the restaurant was closed for food orders, Rachel personally arranged room service so we wouldn’t go without, a gesture that perfectly captured her dedication and thoughtfulness. We also deeply appreciated the special New Year’s treats, which made the celebration feel personal and festive, as well as the joy of seeing wallabies roaming the property—such a magical and uniquely Australian touch. Her attention, kindness, and seamless care transformed an already beautiful resort into a truly memorable experience. Room was clean. Had to ask for shower mat as bath very slippery so fall could have happened. Good location of room as overlooking pool and ery quiet
