Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

I like the location, it was hard to find the restaurants, no clear directions. Food was average, not much varieties.

I have to say this was a great overall trip. I really loved the resort and all the restaurants that were in the resort. Everyone was so kind and polite and helped a lot with any questions and concerns that I had. The only very small issue I had was with the AC in my room, not working efficiently, but towards the end of the trip, it actually began working so overall I really can’t complain. I really loved the experience.

The property has some obvious places where it was a rush finish, however none of these flaws impacted our stay at all. Service was excellent in most of the resort. Pools were clean and chairs/beds by beach and pool were available throughout the day. Beach clean up was constant and well done. Food was good all around. Housekeeping was excellent. Drink service was great and we enjoyed the creativity of many bartenders in concocting unique drinks upon request. Overall a fantastic stay and we will plan on returning again. I wanted to mention specific staff that were amazing but this site won’t let me. Piano Bar, Seaside, adult pool all had great service!
