Fantastic vibe in the hotel, full of plants, terrific staff, great room and location. Only big negative is the al-a-carte breakfast- would choose a hotel with a buffet in future.

Reception Staff and Bar Staff were fantastic but unfortunately staff at breakfast weren’t as good (seemed like it was the last place they wanted to be working)
Also my room had a half empty bottle of wine in fridge and when cleaned it seemed that only half was done (they didn’t replace sparkling water that had been drunk and Aldo left fresh towels but didn’t remove used ones

Nicew property, just outside the Melbourne CBD. Close to lovely parks and tram stops just outside the front door. Rooms are comfortable and well sized.
