Clean rooms, basic rooms are small but paying a little extra for more space is worth it in my opinion especially if you find yourself with multiple people or large luggage. Location is good next to a train station with access to several convenient stores and a Don Quijote nearby. Staff is helpful and polite.

Fantastic stay! Great, quiet location with yummy food nearby. Close to the JR line which gets you everywhere; so easy to travel around each day! Super clean resort-style hotel. The self service laundry wasn’t great; very crowded and dryers worked poorly. Would prefer if they had laundry service instead due to so many guests using the machines at all times of the day. However, would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was amazing and beautiful. The garden was a jewel in the middle of Tokyo. Everything was excellent!

Very large hotel , busy many quest, fantastic location our first trip to Tokyo, staff extremely friendly as all of Japan - great amenities in the room, close to shopping ,trains , food is accessible,, we were on the 35th floor. The views were exceptional , corner unit suite,

Excellent staff and location. Ginza is an amazing area to explore and the concierge was very helpful. We stayed twice during our trip to Japan, once in the main building and once in the tower. The tower rooms have great views but are smaller and older. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They stored our luggage for us and remembered a lot of details about our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options, the teppanyaki restaurant, incredible, steakhouse delightful. The sushi spot also to die for. Especially the matcha shaved ice. The Mixx lounge served great cocktails and was a awesome place to chat with other travelers. My room was very comfortable and well equipped. Granted coming from the States it will seem smaller than what we are used to but in Japan its all about quality over quantity. Everything in this resort is well thought/planned out. That's how nice this place is. I didnt even want to leave my hotel to explore Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel, great value for the amount spent.
