Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. "Very economical hotel. Room was relatively spacious (compared to Tokyo), clean, and there is lots of free parking. There aren't very many reasons to come here as an overseas traveller but this is a decent option if you are passing through and it punches well above its price in terms of delivery.
Small quibble, arrived a couple of hours early and asked if my room was available -- was told I _could_ check in early but I would be charged for each hour early. It's only a favour if it is...

"This place was absolutely wonderful! My first time experiencing an onsen and it was amazing. The shuttle pick up and drop off from the train station was great. The welcoming staff at check in/check out. The room I selected was AMAZING!! So serene and quiet. I got the private bath with my room, and boy was it relaxing.
