I had 2 double rooms side by side on level 4 one room was perfect clean and well maintained Other had issues with shower screen that would fall off the top and had a mould around the base Rooms were generally quiet was woken by yahoos in the adjacent laneway as it echoed upwards however no tram noise Large fridge microwave and dishwasher with good utensils Would stay here again close to Southern Cross station and tram stop

Checking in was a little confusing due to lack of internet access on arrival but once we found our location we were pleasantly surprised by the space and especially the incredible view! The gym was nice and the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool were as well. The beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, and the location really couldn't have been better! The only issue was that it looked like the space could use a deep clean due to some spots on walls and in corners. Otherwise it was sad to say goodbye to that space

The best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything was fantastic, especially the staff. Every employee we met was kind, eager to help and with such a great attitude. The hotel is beautiful and calming, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was a la cart and delicious. We especially liked the breakfast waitress, can't remember her name but she arrived 2 months ago from Peru. She was charming. The hotel is a little outside the CBD, in the Docklands so not close to all the main attractions but there were plenty of restaurants around and we took an Uber to the downtown to see the sights. Would love to stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and professional. And such a welcome touch to have happy hour plus free parking. The only thing was that the 'intimate' gym was very tiny - but ok for stretching I suppose. Would absolutely recommend this hotel

The property was well located, clean, and offered spacious rooms with helpful staff. The main drawbacks were the noise from the rooftop bar on weekends and the fluted-glass bathroom, which provided little privacy.
