It was my first time back at the Venetian after many years, and I'm happy to say that it is still as beautiful and well-kept as ever! They've done a great job of maintenance, and the customer service was 5 stars all around!
Guest services sent a text the morning after check-in to see if we needed anything, and each time I asked a question, they responded right away. Very impressive for a hotel this size!
I highly recommend it, and will definitely stay here again for future trips. (Especially if you plan on making a trip to the Sphere, since they've even got a direct indoor route to get there.)
