Batu Waterpark Holidays

This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool . Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff . Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel .

It's a nice hotel. Stayed here before. Though it's a distance to tiwn butvit is cinnected by a covered walkway to 1 Utama Mall. It's a big shopping mall wirh several eateries. Very convenient.

Had a very pleasant stay at KL Journal, No complains at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here on my next visit.

Great staff. Quaint building. Nice place. One negative, the place required maintenance. The air conditioning was totally inadequate. The temperature in the bathroom was always 25+C, very sweaty

This is a mandarin oriental, but i felt the rooms are showing their age. The shared restaurant and swim facilities are excellent. The team there are excellent as well. The rooms we had for our five of us, three kids, was huge and super confortable, with small maids kitchen with washer dryer and sitting room and excellent views. Id love to stay longer there as a base for seeing the city. However, I did feel the rooms need renovation and updates to carry the MO name. Wallpaper was peeling off in some places. The furnishings need updates and the washer dryer leaked badly into the kitchen. Id definitely stay again, but just understand its not a 5 star hong kong MO.

Sensational hotel - perfect location for KL. Central to so many different shopping and dining areas. The hotel and staff were great, and loved the rooftop pool at night.
