Bedarra Island Waterpark Holidays

This was a beautiful apartment/hotel stay in an incredibly convenient location. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and nice. The laundry was such an amazing addition and very much needed after our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4, the location was a short walk to the main part of town and the marina, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Always a great stay

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was clean, well appointed and well located. Very spacious unit with everything you would need and beautiful ocean views from the large deck.

Had a very warm welcome on our arrival and discontinued throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and very well stopped. Possibly the best bed that we have slept in on our stay on our various days in Australia. And a pillow menu is always greatly appreciated. We have stayed in lesser Hotels better Hotels that do not offer this.

when we arrived we were told that as this is off season the company was upgrading the property and it needed it. the staff in reception were very good, cleaners left some training on motel cleaning, beds were very comfortable, no microwave oven, very small fridge but very efficient, aircon was very good, local bus 200 meters walk with a cost of 50 cents a trip, same cost by taxi was $25,00 due to renovations dining room not operating. The pidgoens have been very busy leaving messages on verandah and on top of aircon machine this causing small bugs to enter the unit, staff were excellent supplying insect spray killer./

Have to be honest here.. lovely staff, but the property is 3 star now (if that). Tried a meal - Caesar salad was a couple lettuce leaves, some anchovies and chicken .. tiny portion and nearly $40! The building and room not maintained (clean yes, pretty good), but in bad condition. A tiny gym now (used to be a huge one), big pool closed ..

Dont believe the pictures! First night there was a band in the park next door. Could barely hear the Tv. They put earplugs in the bathroom so it must happen often. The black grout in the bathroom matches the rest of the room. Problem is it is supposed to be white. Therefore the entire bathroom is filled with mold. The overhead fan is either on 1 or 3. The middle setting does not work. The rocks in the pool are black. Which is black algae. The rest of the pool is noticeably filled with green algae. One would think during the 5 days I stayed there I would see someone cleaning the pool. Nope. The most frustrating thing of all was the lack of internet. It is supposed to work but it doesn't. Trying to find directions or make future plans is nearly impossible. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 to 20 more per night and stay anywhere else. You will thank me later.
