small but comfortable room, bathroom a bit tight, good breakfast choice, nice Bar and restaurant. House keeping good.
Reception Staff very pleasant.
Great location, quite side street overlooking Park but 3 min walk to Tube, lots of restaurant choices near by.
No kettle in room and coffee maker really slow and annoying, could only get BBC I player on TV so limited channel viewing again really annoying, slow Lift.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would 100% go back specifically for this hotel experience.
The restaurants are also great - don’t miss out on the hotel’s afternoon tea.
The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated.

Not really a 5 star property. Very charming public spaces but rooms are in need of a refresh - stained fabric, carpet, etc and very dated. Excellent bed and bed linens and spacious room.
