Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

Great place to stay near subway station

Overall hotel was very good! Location was awesome, staff excellent, bathroom was huge and up to date. Bed was comfortable, but room temp was hard to regulate, electric outlets in room were in poor condition, but the one in the bathroom was excellent, so charging items in bathroom was necessary. No usb or other charging options.

Great hotel location for the upper half of Seoul! Easy to walk around and get transit.

This was my first time staying in this part of Seoul and loved Hotel Naru. This hotel is part of All Accord and it operates slightly different, but great overall. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel seamless. The location is ideal if you love Yeonnamdong and Hongdae, plus it’s a bit closer to ICN which made logistics easier. The hotel itself was extremely clean, with beautiful views. The café downstairs is a gem. Their brunch options are on the top levels are genuinely great. And the pool is definitely worth mentioning. Would absolutely come back.

Reception staff amazing. Met us at the curb where taxi dropped us off and helped bring our bags inside and check us in about 4h before published time. Fully equiped kitchen. Many combinis (GS25, CU and 7-11) steps from hotel lobby. Easy walk to subway station, dining options and shopping. The Concierge service was indespensible for foreigners like us who don't speak or know local customs.
