  • This is a non-seat-designated voucher. Please exchange your voucher at the Ticket Booth for a physical ticket, which will indicate your assigned seat.
  • Children under 5 years of age may board free of charge (passport required). Note: Only one child per adult is permitted to ride free; an additional child will require a separate ticket.
  • CHILD ticket applies to those between 6 and 12 years old, ADULT ticket is required for individuals aged 13 and above.
  • Each ticket includes an allowance of two pieces of luggage (up to 23kg each). Additional baggage will incur an extra fee equivalent to a child fare per item.
  • Partial use or partial refunds are not permitted. Any change in the number of passengers requires full cancellation and rebooking.
  • Tickets purchased for departure from Incheon Airport Terminal 2 are only valid for that location. Boarding from Terminal 1 or COEX is not permitted. Please present the voucher or confirmation screen showing the selected option.
  • Please adhere strictly to the boarding time stated on your exchanged ticket. Failure to board on time may result in boarding restrictions.
