Good location close to St Kilda beach. The tram into Melbourne city was just across the road.
Staff on reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite early and she allowed us to access our room earlier which was extremely helpful for us.
Breakfast was in the bar where you chose from a set menu. One meal and one drink.
Personally we prefer a buffet breakfast where you can help yourself but the food was delicious.

A great place to stay, on the edge of the city, close to transport, cafes and the VIC Market. Rooms are always clean and tidy, the staff friendly and the price excellent. On site parking makes it easy for country travellers. Have stayed here many times over the years and it is always my first choice when booking a city stay or an early morning trip to the airport, which was the purpose of this visit. Just 19 minutes to the airport and easy as to access.

Whilst the location was good, including a very short walk from Southern Cross Station which is great when flying into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and close all the attractions. The overall maintenance of the room itself could have been better. There was mould on the wall where the blinds where suggesting damp and there was Sellotape all over the panels in the elevators which didn’t fill me with confidence that they would be functioning all the time. Luggage storage was helpful
