Cat Ba Island Ski Holidays

Nice hotel helpful staff close to everything. Our last night we had a balcony out to the front of the street and still not too noisy despite being in old quarter. Would be nice if 2 small chairs were provided so you can use the balcony

The rooms were very clean and cool. If the only thing I could complain about was that the coffee at the breakfast. It was alittle to bitter for my taste other than that great stay. Staff were every helpful and willing to help.

The spa was extremely noisy. all i could hear was kids screaming. but the staff was apologetic about the situation. the room offered no privacy, as anyone could look into our room from any side so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. `The food was excellent and the nature was pretty.

We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. There was plenty of selection and lots of new dishes to try. Anna was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go.
