We absolutely loved our stay at Royal Premium. The room was so cozy, we felt right at home. The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind especially Andrea and Da at reception. Every time we entered reception we were greeted with the warmest smiles! Laundry was very efficient and easy too. Also the perfect location in the midst of everything, which was very convenient..

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

The deluxe room was very comfortable. The bed felt amazing. The staff was very welcoming, professional and also will to help. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty. It was very nice to come back to AC in the lobby and room. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
