Small hotel about 15 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Near bus stops and some local attractions. It was a small room but had everything we needed and the staff was super attentive.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was modern and clean. We arrived early and when it was time to check in our bags were already in the room. The staff were friendly. There was a washing machine in the room which was a bonus. The accommodation was close to transport. Would highly recommend.

Very close to metro station, excellent location, very clean with fantastic amenities

It was for an emergency. We lost our tran and had to stay last min. It’s not bad just know very small with individual beds

The breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited and not particularly healthy — there didn't seem to be much understanding of vegetarian dietary needs. We had booked a premium room for two adults and two children, but they refused to provide an extra bed, stating that the expectation is for adults to share beds with the children. On top of that, they didn't even give us the premium room we had originally booked. The customer service was quite rude throughout.
