Really happy with the hotel stay. The location, cleanliness, ambience, food - all perfect. Most importantly the staff particularly Tabish (if I got her name correct !) at the front office was extremely professional and suave.
The only downside was that phone service through iPad wasn’t connecting which impacted the service response times. Minor issue though and am sure ephemeral. In a nutshell, definitely the best accomodation option in Adelaide

Room had cracked tiles in the shower.

Average view from our balcony as we were at the side. Looked like permanent residents in other buildings.
Shower pressure was not very high. Room was smaller than looked on website and we were upgraded!! No high definition tv, so won't get any channel 7 etc. Need new pillows, so soft and flat. There is a great Thai restaurant downstairs in hotel ,beautiful meals and you get 10% off for staying at hotel.
The Lady we had at the reception was very welcoming, greeted us beautifully and was very helpful. So was a couple of nice thing's, but room was very very average.
