Unit very clean and comfortable but apparently the aerial plug had been pulled out from the TV so there was no free to air TV. The clothes dryer wasn’t working properly even after cleaning the lint filter the lint light kept coming on and underneath the filter it was dirty. The safe wasn’t working. The freezer in the fridge wasn’t working. After advising the receptionist of the problems they did send someone to fix the problems. The safe had flat batteries, they plugged in the aerial, they turned the fridge up which helped the freezer but froze everything in the bottom of the fridge. Also we could not get the AC to work in the bedroom. Maybe more maintenance checks would be an idea however if people don’t tell them then they don’t know.

The bathroom was terrible. Mold on the shower tiles and all over the shower door grout. The paint was peeling inside the drawers of the bathroom cabinet. We got one hand towel and two bath towels that were very thing. The room needed painting as there was paint chipped everywhere. The chairs in the kitchenatte area were ripped. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The hotel was in a good location. One of the lifts was broken and it took a long time to go up and down. Luckily we were on the second floor and just took the stairs. The staff was standard. If you don't mind mildew in the shower it is a place for you.

I asked for a quiet room it was probably the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in when I asked if I could be moved to a quieter room the reception just gave ear plugs , also the room smelt cannot find anything good to say about this hotel , also very overpriced !

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was a hidden treasure! Very well decorated, clean, with all the amenities you may need and the location was great! My room included a bottle of wine but front desk forgot to send it, but I still give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very recommended!
