Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid.
Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

Amazing hotel that displays the heritage and craftsmanship of the building whilst also offering a modern feel.
The room was very spacious with a large window to the street below.
The onsite restaurants such as The Palace where we had our included buffet breakfast each morning was amazing. The food selection was vast and of great quality. The waiters/waitresses were attentive and no job was made to feel too hard. Always asking if there was anything they could do.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the CBD and only a 10min walk to Darling Harbour.
Will definitely be staying there in the future. 10/10
