Princess Cays Ski Holidays

I visited this hotel 20 years ago and had a wonderful time. Fast-forward to 2026 and I was stunned, angry really, during my stay. First, the lady who checked me in could not have been better; nice smile, polite and knew what she was doing. The cleaning staff also was friendly and diligent; they were finding things to clean after normal cleaning. But when I took my 11 year old to the beach I could not believe what I saw. Instead of Bob Marley covers or soothing reggae their was a DJ yelling and cursing between rap songs. And the songs, most of them, were equally as fowl expletive. To my amazement I saw 8-9 children on the beach and elderly couple, and we all had to listen to that trash blasting from the speakers. I could not believe the DJ could not "read the room" and tone down the cursing, and denigration of women we all were forced to hear. What happened to this hotel?

Excellent hotel, great beach, very good service, and professional staff, great location

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The resort is beautiful and elegant, and the service throughout the property was excellent. We especially enjoyed Fish by José Andrés and Paranza, where the food and service were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. Our only disappointment was the beach service for drinks and refreshments, which was very limited and sometimes almost nonexistent. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!
