It was a bit difficult to find and the entry to the elevators and doors to the Hotel room were a bit inconvenient, everything else was good. Nice clean hotel with laundry facilities within the room and full kitchen. Staff were also very good.

Great! Hotel and the staff was amazing. Good location, walking distance (10 mins) to the Main Street in Shinjuku and all the shopping. The complimentary coffee in the am was great! Really a nice touch. Rooms are a decent size, and come with very nice amenities. This was our first trip to Tokyo and this hotel really made us feel special.
