Bangkok Old Town Ski Holidays

I was upgraded to a premium suite which was very nice but the space was too cold and I couldn't adjust the aircon to make it warmer. The lift was next door and it made clunking noises which were disturbing. The bed was a very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There wasn't much around the hotel in terms of shops and restaurants.

We booked a room based on the pictures provided when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. We were shown four different rooms, all of which looked the same, and none matched the room we had originally selected. We were then informed that the room we had booked was actually already occupied/booked out and that we would not be able to stay in the room we had paid for. This was extremely disappointing, as the room we received was not what was advertised or what we had booked based on the pictures provided.

Great hotel, helpful staff and it's right in the middle of the heart of the nightlife area on Sukhumvit.

when we went to breakfast. I noticed a lot of unfinished plates on tables when we arrived and those plates were full of food. We did the same thing the food was lousy.! Could not eat anything. All previous reviews are full of it concerning a decent breakfast.
