Sydney Eastern Suburbs Ski Holidays

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

We had a fantastic check in experience! Forgive me as I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in. We had a baby with us and arrived early so he worked to provide us with a room that was ready. We did not expect this but truly appreciated it. It really made our stay so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Baby was able to have a great nap! The city view was beautiful and it is very close to darling harbour and Chinatown. It was a little bit confusing trying to get there from convention light rail station. Head into the carpark, catch the lift to level 4 then turn left and follow the green line and pass through the footbridge! Amenities are as advertised but the rooms could do with a little face lift. Overall a great stay

It was nice but I expected a bit more for the price. The car park was difficult to get as it’s a very busy place and area and the guest car park gets filled with people who aren’t staying. That’s not the staff’s fault but it’s impossible to enforce. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We loved our stay, we were attending a wedding. It was perfect and very convenient room and Bed was clean and comfortable. Block out blinds were perfect. We also loved check out time was 11am. Plenty of time for a sleep in. Only thing my husband hated was the design of the bathroom. No door. A Open bathroom plan. There was smoked glass doors to the loo and shower but didn’t go to the ceiling. Not private or smell proof. If laying in bed you could hear everything Parking was easy and easy plenty.
