Incredibly dated decor and facilities for the price of the room.
Clean and functional at best.
Very thin walls, could hear guests in the next room
Reported flickering lightbulb, no staff available to fix it
The best thing about these appartments is the location.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the Rockford is. The rooms are a little dated but everything was lovely, the staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, easy parking and close walk to Rundle Mall. Will definitely stay again.

Impressive refurbishment of the main facilities.
All Staff we encountered were excellent in every regard.
Suggestion : menus available to view on the TV in the room would be helpful.
Looking forward to our next city staycation.
