The staff was courteous but took an excessive amount of time to get checked in. We frequently stay at TI and this is our biggest complaint. The location is great! The rooms are a little tired. The fan makes noise, the plumbing is weak and the beds are a little worn. The casino is too smokey for us. If we gamble at TI we do so early in the morning, otherwise it is difficult to breathe. Most of the time we hop across the bridge to the Venetian or Wynn for a less smokey environment.

Gorgeous Hotel! Immaculate and comfortable rooms. Fabulous Bathrooms❤️Great staff! Excellent service and food in the restaurant too! We ate several meals there. Very quiet and No gambling which is fine for us. Close to the strip. One mile to the Sphere. Highly recommend!!😃

Beautifully appointed room, very spacious, nice bathroom, great hotel. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because there is no coffee machine in the room: unheard of for hotels of this quality.
