Snorkelling is amazing and staff at dive shop very friendly and helpful.
Staff at reception were mixed some helpful and friendly. Tried to change room but told not available when I could see availability on line which was disappointing.
Food very limited for vegetarians but ok and expensive.

Lovely friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Live music in the hotel lounge was good.
Pool and gym were great additions. The only downside was the pool closing at sunet and the gym/spa/tennis courts closing very early (4pm on weekends and 6pm weekdays), which was dissapointing.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything, the marina, night markets, the esplanade. It’s a bit dated, but the staff are doing their best to offset this by being very attentive and accommodating. I especially enjoy the pool, it may be the largest around Cairns and it never seems crowded. My favourite hotel in this place.

"Check in was very easy and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location to restaurant, shops and walking along esplanades. We didn’t do any boat excursions but very close as well. Definitely will book again."
