Great location. Wonderful views. Checking could have been a bit easier but great place to stay.

Tram stop out the front. Woolworths across the street. Great pub for dinner at tap86. Apartment was clean, quiet, easy to access. Would definitely stay again👍

Clean Staff great Parking good

My only complaint about this hotel is the non working lift and the bottleneck at reception on the Mezzanine level. Took so long for the one working lift, right near the reception desk. This is also right near the breakfast area. Very congested and uncomfortable. The hotel and staff were wonderful. I think fixing the elevators should be a priority.

Clean Room, Nice hotel

Staff were fantastic. I don’t think the rooms were worth what we paid for. I have stayed in better Motels for less. I booked 2 rooms and there were inconsistencies between both.Ice bucket in one room but not in the other. Wine glasses weren’t clean with fingerprints on them. Why no toilet brush in the toilets? Front line staff were fantastic.

A good location for transportation with tram, train and Sky Bus options. All were only a few minutes' walk away. Marvel Stadium was very close. The room, however, was extremely basic and had a view of a triangular roof with the other side of a building, blocking any real sunlight or life in general- more like a prison cell. There were no USB ports, no water bottles supplied or on the room service list. The room was clean though and very quiet. The restaurant does not cater for evening meals. Fortunately, there were some nice restaurants available within walking distance. Just not good enough for the price paid.

Great aircon , wecould netflix and wifi . Dont know about parking as we travelled from new zealand We could uber food to the Kinson Theres also a cute little restaurant underneath and across from the hotel .

Helpful staff. Large, quiet, clean room. Laundry room available. Hotel in easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very close to Victoria market. Public transport near by. Breakfast is very ordinary and the room it is serviced in is cold and soulless.

We had an amazing stay. Friendly staff with loads of knowledge to share being our first time to visit Melbourne.
