Classy, comfortable and convenient hotel.

Honestly the best-the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I've rarely seen such great customer service. The Hotel is perfectly situated to the waterfront, subway (airport access is ridiculously easy) and has a really nice cocktail bar. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vancouver

Great location and walking distance to many shops. Easy to park. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly.

Staff was fantastic. The room decor was fun and the bathrooms are out of this world.

This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver.

The property is being renovated, which was fine. But should maybe say that when booking….the hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly.
