Laundry good, always accessible, room clean, staff lovely and helpful. The Thai restaurant in foyer cooks amazing meals, absolutely delicious, down side they are only open Mon to Fri for dinner

Conveniently located, but SO loud. Between trains, car traffic, people in the hallways and apartments above, it’s the noisiest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and tidy, but beds and lounges were pretty uncomfortable. For a lower price point it would have been okay, but definitely priced too high.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel in general was very boutique with some lovely old features, such as the lift. The situation on the hotel is very convenient for walking into the centre. My only comment would be the breakfast could be improved.

Staff were brilliant - very welcoming and engaging. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to spend a few hours, enjoy the view and indulge in the fantastic food on offer. Only spent one night, but would definitely be back.

In terms of value for a one night stay you can’t failt

Excellent service extremely kind for my quick turnaround booking during power outage. Apartment was comfy and homely during a harrowing time! Would highly recommend rain hail or shine

Stayed for 4 nights in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. It was perfect! Exceeded my expectations and matched picture description. Apartment was clean, very spacious. There was a washer and dryer in bathroom which worked good. The bed and couch were comfy and we had a beautiful view from balcony which overlooked the Brisbane river. Only negative thing I would say is sofa covers need a bit of a wash as they are a little dirty but it’s a white coloured sofa so it’s kinda expected but it was not really an issue because we actually slept on the couch one of the nights and lounged around on it during the day. Will definitely be back next time coming to Brisbane if available at the time 😁
