Bed was comfortable. Hotel itself is looking dated and tired. Rooms are semi renovated however silicone and grout in showers are discoloured /mouldy and need replaced. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

We were pretty disappointed with this hotel. We called for reception 4 times throughout our stay and no one answered- they got our room service order wrong- the drain in our bathroom was soo dirty and filled with hair…. Not what I’d expect for a $500+ a night room.

This is a really lovely hotel to stay at. It's new, clean, spacious.. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, very clean and the bathroom is spacious with a well lit mirror - perfect when you are trying to get your makeup just right. The bed is super comfortable and I couldn't hear any noise from within or outside the hotel. Such a convenient location if you are attending an event at Panthers. The parking is easy, and there's no shortage of spaces. Breakfast was delicious!!! There's nothing to fault here.. I absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Clean room and parking available (including EV chargers). Street noise was a little loud being on a lower floor but standard for lower room in the city. Staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel is easy to access from central station and the metro.

The staff are always courteous and happy to assist with any requests.
The location is ideal, being walking distance to all of Sydney's attractions. Plus the light rail is very close if walking isn't your style.
