Room was clean and very well kept

Great stag and convenient location

Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait').

Staff were super polite and helpful. The room was decent, they cleaned my room daily with fresh towels and bedsheets however they should clean the floor too. The food wasn’t the best but ok. Bus stop right outside which takes you to the main areas. The hotel is positioned in a good area, very close to Sentosa Island. Overall I’d give 4.5* -I’d stay again.

Great selection of dining, MRT station is so close and easy accessibility to convenience stores.

Great service excellent location

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff and great location

The staff was Excellent. Accomodating and caring. Noel, one of the concierge staff, made our stay especially memorable. He had special cakes waiting in our room on several occasions and some speakers for my daughters phone. Vince, the other concierge was super helpful as well. Clarrisa at the breakfast reception was awesome and always made us feel welcome. All the staff was terrific, actually. The location is right on the free bus route that we always used to move around the area in combination tith the Sentosa Express and cable cars. They change the QR code for free travel on the Sentosa Express is updated every 3 days, so keep that in mind. Universal was great and the Oeanarium was well worth the entry fee. We will definitely be returning.
