The room was clean, but there were no wash cloths. There were hand towels and bath towels…but no wash cloths. We didn’t call the front desk bc it was already very late and we were only staying one night bc we were on a layover. We made it work. The breakfast options are the usual hotel food nothing spectacular.
Overall, as I said, the room was clean. I felt safe on the property and from what I was able to see, the pool was nice. Definitely NOT a four star, I’d give a solid three star.

Had a fantastic stay in Bangkok! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, and my room was absolutely stunning—spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. Plus, the convenient tuk-tuk rides made getting around effortlessly easy. Highly recommended!
