"Given it’s a resort some may find it acceptable to have lizards and mosquitoes in the room. There were also little bugs on the bed that looked like dots but move when you touch it.
Towels were not clean. Found stains on them and also on the bed linens.
Water pressure in shower is good.
Cafe serves nice food.
Tennis courts were nice and well-maintained.
Location wise It’s quite far from main roads and shops and you would need to taxi to get out.
Staff were helpful and polite.

"The location is really a beautiful spot, right across from the beach. There is breakfast in the morning on the water and you can see the sunset from the balcony. My particular room on the 3rd floor was quite large and included a huge L-shaped sofa, table, and refrigerator. The balcony was spacious and a relaxing place to watch the sunset.
Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room (307) did not work at all. I was busy most of the trip there so I didn't have a lot of time to track anyone down...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were nice and professional. However, the only downside was our experience at the breakfast noodle bar. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression.
