Great hotel at a great location for a reasonable rate!

Exceptional stay – Beautiful property, perfect location, and outstanding service from Airi! We booked Sofitel Singapore City Centre last minute after checking into a different hotel and realizing it wasn’t quite right for our anniversary trip. What a blessing in disguise—this hotel exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our entire journey, which also included KL and Langkawi. The property itself is stunning—modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and luxuriously comfortable. We especially appreciated the lush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. Everything feels polished and peaceful, a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable—right above Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and hawker stalls nearby, and it’s just a short walk or quick ride to Marina Bay, Chinatown, and the CBD. But what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service, especially from Airi at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special. From warm greetings to thoughtful personal touches, Airi made us feel truly cared for. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression—we honestly can’t thank her enough. We only stayed two nights, but we wish it had been longer. The furnishings were dated but was clean. My only thing I disliked alot, was that there was a smoking room right across fro our room, and every time we left our room into the hall it stunk of cigarettes. I still don't know how in this day and age, smoking hotel rooms are still accepted. If so create an entire floor so the rest of us don't need to smell it!

Enjoyable stay. Loved the ice cream served at check in. L1 lounge with complimentary drinks was a very nice touch - quiet getaway after a busy day shopping and exploring orchard road. Liked the complimentary parking. Impeccable service from front desk, house-keeping and bar team. Clean, good sized room with comfortable beds and good view of the surroundings. Had a good night sleep. Got our towels amenities on request. Quiet neighbourhood convenient 5 minutes walk from Orchard.

Good location. Nice size and clean rooms. Good access to amenities at the Hotel next door. Lovely staff.

Needs to have ramp for strollers wheelchairs and room needs to be redesigned for efficient use of space

Took my 4yo son for our first mother-son date to celebrate his birthday and he loved the hotel stay. Check in didnt take long although we did wait quite a while for our bags to be delivered to our room. The staffs at reception were helpful and helped me to store my freezer bag in their freezer so that i can store my breast milk well upon check out. The location is alright, about 7 minutes walk to Beach station, mostly sheltered.
