Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff

Great experience with staff and good value for money. Location was very central and convenient.

The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.

The staff were both efficient and friendly, super helpful with any questions from guests.

Room was very nice and clean, breakfast very good with lot's of differerent local and international dishes. Nice pool area on rooftop where to relax and sunbath. Very nice and helpfull staff. I have to point out one young gentleman from hotel's reception Burnzo Lee, who helped us in lot's of differerent matters. Thank you my friend, you made our stay very easy and conviniet!

Clean, historic, good location, great service, good food
